Adjustable mesh for female SUI

They are the only meshes on the market that can be post-surgically adjusted, via the transobturator (TOA) and/or retropubic (TVA) route, for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.
They incorporate polypropylene sutures to facilitate postoperative adjustment, tightening and loosening until urinary continence is achieved or the obstruction is resolved. Adjustment is possible up to several days after surgery.
Due to its post-surgical adjustability, the technique obtains one of the highest rates of results of all publications on meshes for SUI (Actas Urológicas Españolas 2006, 30 (2). Dr. Romero Maroto and collaborators).
Clinical studies with 10-year follow-up.
Advantages:
» Adjustability
» Transobturator or retropubic technique with a single tape
» Inside-out / outside-in approach with a single tape
